Job Description

1. Cooperate with the service companies for doing import-export procedures such as:

- Declaring imported chemicals

- Declare to Customs via ECUS software (Using forwarder service)

2. Make and monitor import - export schedule

3. Prepare export contract and documents

4. Make settlement report for export, import commodities follow regulations of the Law

5. Handling the complaints of company related to service companies and customers

6. Collect and make payment proposal for the service companies

7. Support in purchasing work

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor degree in Im-Export, Economics, Business Administration, English Language, Supply chain, Logistic,... or related majors.

Experience:

At least 1 year experience in similar position.
Be able to use ECUS software for customs declaration
Preference will be given to candidates with purchasing experience

Language: Good English

Other Skills: Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill, Customs Declaration Software Capability, Incoterms, Legal policy related to Im-export
